The Xi¡¯an Engineering Investigation £¦ Design Research Institute (XEIDRI) of China National Non-ferrous Metals Industry, under the management of Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metal Holding Group Ltd., was established in 1964. Over the past forty years, XEIDRI has developed into a large comprehensive A-class enterprise engaged in investigation, design, construction, testing and supervision with tremendous technical strength, complete specialties, modern investigation and testing means, and higher technical and management level. As one of the first lot of Class A comprehensive investigation units and Grade 1 foundation works contracting enterprises approved by the State in 2002, XEIDRI was ever awarded as "National Advanced Engineering Investigation Unit", "China's Top 100 Engineering Surveying and Design Firms", and "AAA Credit Enterprise in Chinese Construction Industry", and named as the "Enterprise Observing Contract and Valuing Credit" by Shaanxi provincial government over a series of years, and rated as "A National and Provincial Creditable Unit" in 2007. With various types of geotechnical construction equipment, drill rigs, soil test equipment, in-situ testing apparatuses, engineering surveying instruments, geophysical prospecting apparatuses, computers, etc, nearly 1000 sets totally, XEIDRI has bloomed into a multi-disciplinary and multi-departmental comprehensive enterprise, playing a dramatic role in promoting the development and technical progress of the nation¡¯s engineering investigation industry. XEIDRI¡¯s present business covers geotechnical investigation, design and consulting; geotechnical processing; geotechnical testing; surveying & mapping and consulting; hydrogeological survey and consulting; and supervision and consulting. Over the years, XEIRDI has accumulated rich experience in engineering investigation and research, and achieved fruitful results.

Xi'an Design & Research Institute of Non-ferrous Metallurgy, under the management of Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metal Holding Group Ltd., has Class A qualification for the design of industrial and civil buildings in Non-ferrous metal, mining, metallurgical, steel, gold, building material and other industries, and provide whole process and omnidirectional service involving project consulting, planning, feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed design, budgeting, acceptance and operation. As one of sixteen members of China Jingxi Engineering Consulting & Design Joint Development Center, the institute has a powerful technical support available, and is capable of undertaking the assignments in design, research, technical consulting and service extensively. With integrated specialties and Class-A design qualification in ferrous and Non-ferrous metal, gold, and industrial and civil buildings, XEIDRI has established a good reputation through all staff's joint effort in the past years all over the country, particularly in northwestern region, providing technical service to numerous clients' satisfaction.
