| China National Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corporation XiĄŻan Branch was established in Oct. 1983, it is a subsidiary affiliated to China National Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corporation in Shaanxi Province, having the status of independent legal person, and it governs Party affairs and administrative affairs of the affiliated enterprises in Shaanxi Province on behalf of China National Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corporation. In 1998, China National Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corporation was cancelled, therefore, its subsidiaries in Shaanxi Province were localized, and thus, the administrative functions of China National Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corporation XiĄŻan Branch were terminated in Nov.2000 when Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metal Holding Group was established.
In Nov. 2000, Shaanxi Provincial PeopleĄŻs Government decided to establish Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metal Holding Group composed of the localized subsidiaries in Shaanxi Province of the previous China National Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corporation so as to speed up the economic development in Shaanxi Province. China National Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corporation XiĄŻan Branch as a member of localized subsidiaries became a subsidiary of Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metal Holding Group, with independent business operation and self-responsibility system of profit and loss.
The registered capital of China National Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corporation XiĄŻan Branch is 8.98 million yuan, the registered address: No.51, Gaoxin Building, Gaoxin Road, XiĄŻan City. Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metal Holding Group holds 100% of its stock equity; it is state-owned enterprise.
According to the business development situation, is business scope: governing production, operation and sales of all subsidiaries, governing investment in foreign countries; providing logistic support service for Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metal Holding Group. After restructuring, its business scope shall be adjusted accordingly.
