Established on May 16, 1997, Shaanxi Fengxian Sifang Gold Mine Co., Ltd. is located in Pingkan Town, Fengxian County, Shaanxi Province. 40km away the Capital City of Fengxian County and 155km to Baoji City, the Company is a state-owned gold enterprise integrating exploiting, dressing and smelting constructed by Nonferrous Metal Industry Corp. of China Xi¡¯an Branch (Current Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Metal Holding Group Ltd.), Shaanxi Gold Company, Baiji City Gold Industrial Office, Fengxian Gold Company according to the principle of ¡°abiding by the laws, adherence to science and orderly exploitation¡± for mining construction, after the provincial government corrected the disorder gold mining industry around Bagua Temple Gold Mine district.
Bagua Temple gold mine deposit of Fengxian County, Shaanxi Province exploited by the Company is of low grade super large mine deposit. North-Western Non-ferrous Metals Geological Prospecting and Exploitation Bureau 717 Party surveyed in detail of the geological condition of elevation over 1300m level of north mine deposit of this place from 1993 to 1995, and submitted a copy of Detailed Geological Survey Report of Bagua Temple Gold Mine Deposit (Over 1300m Elevation) of Fengxian County, Shaanxi Province. This report is examined and approved by Shaanxi Province Storage Committee with the document no. of Shaan Chu Shen Zi [1995] No 007.
